Somruedee Homhuan & Anan Homhuan Amaz Thai Café & Bistro was founded by a mother-and-daughter team, Somruedee Homhuan and Anan Homhuan, who share a lifelong passion for Thai cooking, hospitality, and entrepreneurship.

Somruedee Homhuan Somruedee has over a decade of experience as an entrepreneur, having successfully run both a retail business and a Thai restaurant in Thailand. Skilled in purchasing, menu development, marketing, and operations, she brings strong business leadership to Amaz Thai Café & Bistro. Her journey to the United States began with a dream to build a family-run Thai restaurant that delivers authentic flavors with modern style. Every detail—from the menu design to the décor and customer experience—is guided by her vision and dedication.

Anan Homhuan Anan, known for her warm personality and exceptional cooking, has spent many years perfecting traditional Thai recipes passed down through the family. Her strengths include authentic seasoning, kitchen management, and creating dishes that taste “just like home.” As the heart of the kitchen, she ensures that every plate reflects true Thai hospitality and the flavors she grew up with.
